We are a Cape Town-based tour operator and destination management agency specialising in private, FIT and incentive travel in Southern and East Africa.

We are excited to expand our team and are therefore looking for junior, intermediate, and senior travel consultants.

As our clientele are mainly German based, being German speaking is one of the main criteria to qualify for a position in our dynamic team.

Furthermore suitable candidates need to be detail oriented, flexible, motivated and preferably have experience in the tourism industry.

Responsibilities:
Liaising with agents or private clients (mainly from Germany)
Submit quotations and designing personalized itineraries for guests
Check availability and make reservations – accommodation, car hire, tours/transfers
Confirm and invoice all services
Sending vouchers before travel and assisting guests with any additional services or emergencies whilst traveling
