Our client in the Agriculture industry is urgently seeking an HR Manager to join their team in Reitz, Free State. Salary is R 450 000 – R 600 000 per annum. Qualifications and Experience: • Relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources • HR Experience in a 24 hour operating production environment.
• Strong IR experience in a highly unionized environment of at least 5-8 years is essential
• Knowledge of HR related legislation
• Knowledge of HR practices.
• System driven , with excellent computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Output driven .
• Valid code 8 driver’s license and own transport • Must have operational HR experience • Must be able to conduct Employment Equity reporting Specialising in: • Transforming the workforce
• Development and management of policies and procedures.
• Talent Management, which include recruitment
• Advising on remuneration and other benefits in line with the bigger group strategy.
• Analyzing training and development needs in conjunction with line managers and group training department .
• Career planning and development.
• Maintaining job descriptions and managing performance reviews • Interpreting and advising on employment legislation .
• Support and reporting to management team relating to all HR issues
