Job description
International luxury bridal brand, Bo & Luca, is looking for a global sales and business development manager to join their team. The ideal candidate must be sales focused and have two+ years of working in a BTB luxury sales environment. The successful candidate will work to bring in sales and new stockists on a global scale. The role is very focused on networking, building and maintaining successful business relationships. The global sales and development manager will be required to travel overseas for trade shows and to represent the brand in an appropriate manner.
Responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and revise Sales Strategy in line with overall company strategy.
- Implement strategy by monitoring sales targets, budgets, new business, call cycles and stockists.
- Set and review annual sales and expense budgets.
- Identify new markets and conversion opportunities.
- Continuously improve and expand the current stockist base.
- Build and maintain sound working relationships with stockists to ensure understanding of their needs and business.
- Work alongside the Production Manager to ensure delivery dates are met.
Requirements
For the position you would be required to have:
- Two+ years of experience working in a BTB luxury sales environment.
- B.Com in sales/marketing or relevant postgraduate tertiary qualification.
- Proven sales management track record.
- MS Office Suite literacy.
Advantageous if:
- You have an interest and experience working with luxury fashion.
- Flexibility to travel internationally.

- Be able to work alone as well as in a team.
