The Department:
Being leaders in the field of online gaming entertainment, our English customer service teams comprise of specialist hosts who understand the customers’ needs in context of the industry.
Purpose of the Role:
Our primary focus is to exceed the customers’ expectations and to execute everything possible to provide them with the best experience. From there, what follows is professional, friendly and knowledgeable service.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Providing world-class customer service by responding to customer queries by telephone, email and online chats
- Processing and resolving of incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment
- Processing pertinent information into relevant databases
- Completion of tasks assigned during shift
- Customer relationship building and management as well as cross selling of products and services
- Problem solving tasks during shift
- Handling and taking full responsibility for customer related queries
- Excellent time management and adherence to schedule
- Performing extra tasks given by managers / shift supervisors as required

Requirements
Essential Criteria:
- Degree or 2 year National Diploma
- Willing to work in 24/7 shift environment
- Own reliable transport and valid Driver’s License
- Comfortable working in the gambling industry
- South African citizen
