Our client, a market leader in water and food storage solutions seeks a strategically minded, digital specialist with a creative and inquisitive mindset to take the organization to a whole new level.
This proactive and dedicated group marketing manager will be required to develop creative marketing strategies and execute solutions that will support business growth in line with the group strategy to meet the revenue target for each financial year.
Core responsibilities:
- Strategy
- Collaboration and team management
- Research and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to inform marketing strategies.
- Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.
- Oversee current offerings and come up with initiatives for new products and/or services. Provide in-depth information to interested clients based on the current offering.
- Track all marketing and sales data and create detailed written reports and presentations to share with senior leadership.
Minimum qualifications and experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least six to eight years of experience, a combination of marketing/advertising agency and business experience is preferred.
- A proven track record in knowing how to work with agencies, knowing how they operate and what they are looking for, and working with the long-term strategy of a business.
- Ability to work both at a strategic and execution level.
- Digital marketing and media strategy skills.
- Tech-savvy with excellent IT skills, conversant in all forms of technology and social media, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and results-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and deliver under tight timelines, and on budget.
- Good with data research and analysis.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good collaborative and relationship management skills. Knows how to initiate and maintain relationships (inside and outside the business).
- Good leadership and people management skills.
