My client outside Grahamstown in the Eastern Cape is looking for a well-spoken, bubbly and outgoing individual to join their team. Must have a formal hospitality management qualification (diploma or certificate) with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position in a 4/5* establishment. Must be computer literate with experience on GAAP and Opera. Driver’s license not negotiable. Must have good overall knowledge of F&B Service; Housekeeping and Front Office. Main purpose of the position will be to work closely with the Assistant or Lodge Manager to provide support in the daily operations of the lodge. Single live in position. liz@lfhr.co.za
