Job description
Our digital marketing agency in Kloof is looking for a super organised individual to manage our business admin and be part of the sales process for clients expressing an interest in working with us. Your strong organisational and admin skills along with your keen eye for attention to detail is what will stand you in good stead. You need to enjoy working with people, be a team player and enjoy sales.
We’re looking for someone that loves to follow systems and do whatever it takes to keep the office running smoothly.
The position will require you to work with our outsourced accountants so a basic understanding of bookkeeping is necessary. You will manage our client invoicing, create quotations, manage our debtors and pay suppliers so a high level of accuracy is essential. We are in the service industry and bill our time, so part of your role will include updating weekly timesheets in order to help the team manage the time spent on retainer clients.
The sales part of the position is to handle inbound enquiries that are received either through our website or telephonically. You will follow a predefined sales process and ensure the leads are carefully managed and tracked through to client on-boarding.
It is a half day position so would ideally suit someone with children at school who want flexibility in the afternoons. Interested candidates should send a covering letter and one page CV.
Requirements
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Experience in managing debtors
- Strong administration skills
- Previous office management
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping
- Experience in Sage Accounting advantageous
