We are looking for someone to join our growing operation with at least 7+ years digital media strategy experience and a proven track record of accountability owning all aspects of client delivery around digital media.
You will need to lead a small team of digital planners and build strong strategic relationships with our client base and partner agencies. We are looking for someone who is culturally savvy, applies innovative thinking and is interested in solving clients’ business problems.
Requirements:
- Technical knowledge: A wealth of experience and technical understanding of PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic, Affiliates, Mobile and SEO
- Tools: Extensive knowledge of Digital tools
- Strategy: Proven track record of developing and implementing overall paid strategy, KPIs and reporting structure
- Leadership: Experience of leading a team of Digital planners and ensuring a high standard of output
- New business: Ability to win new business for the agency based on Digital offering
- Senior Management: Working collaboratively with the MD and Managing Partner’s on defining core vision and values of the agency
- Industry: Stay on top of the latest updates regarding tools and platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) as well as industry trends

- Excellent knowledge of standard Digital tools, surveys and the ability to draw insights from data
Qualifications and experience:
- A tertiary degree is required preferably within Marketing, Advertising or Media
- Seven+ years’ experience in a senior Digital role, client or agency
- A track record of outstanding professional performance is essential
- Experience managing a high-performing team
Certifications:
- AdWords (Required)
- Google Analytics (Required)
- Facebook Blueprint Certification
- GTM (Beneficial)
- YouTube/Video (Beneficial)
Experience on the following platforms:
- Extensive Google Ads Experience (Required)
- Google Search and remarketing
- YouTube
- Google Analytics (Required)
- App Advertising – Acquisition and retention (Beneficial)
- Google Marketing Platform (Beneficial)
- Facebook Business Manager (Required)
- Facebook/Instagram Ads (Required)
