One of our biggest clients is looking for the head of IT operation to translate strategic direction into the development of strategies and models bringing together all company systems and processes.

• The suitable individual will develop and manage a strategy and operating model for the information technology function that supports the growth and development of the business through the provision of the business’s IT framework.
• Drive change methodology and ensure implementation across all projects
• Ensure cost efficiency through financial and corporate governance
• Manage quality people practices

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree in Information Technology (IT) or Systems.
• Eight – 10 years’ experience in leading an Information Technology team in the design, development and/or maintenance of technology solutions within the General Insurance or financial services Industries
• Knowledge of COBIT and ITIL is essentia
