Hotel Assistant General Manager
This position is responsible for all aspects of hotel operations and provides support to the General Manager. This position also directs and coordinates the activities of the hotel to obtain optimum efficiency and maximise the full potential of the hotel. This position requires strong management skills with the ability to appropriately delegate work to achieve the business goals. This position also provides coaching, advice and assistance when required. MINMUM REQUIREMENTS At least 8 years' 5 star hospitality experience At least 4 years management experience Hospitality qualification an advantage Experience in both financial and employee management Excellent computer skills Good people and communication skills Service orientated
