A housecleaning service in East London has several openings for experienced, dependable Housekeepers. We are looking for candidates with a track record of excellent service. The company serves a wide variety of neighbourhoods and offers their clients several packages, which mean your work load, will change from day to day. Requirements:-Experience with residential housekeeping. -Excellent verbal communication skills (English/Afrikaans). -Ability to pass a background check. -Advanced knowledge of cleaning products, implements and practices. -Willingness to maintain confidentiality. Duties:-Meet with clients to discuss their expectations and to sign the company’s contract. -Fulfill obligations based on the package each client selects. -Visit homes of clients 1-3 times per week. -Provide basic housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, dusting and mopping, cleaning windows and -scouring bathrooms. -Work as part of a team for larger homes. -Respond to customer complaints or inquiries immediately and report and problems to supervisor. -Notify homeowner of any accidents or problems while rendering service.
