Hr Administrator
Requirements:
⢠Matric Certificate
⢠Highly computer literate/
⢠3 â 5 yearsâ experience in a similar role
⢠Experience in a Manufacturing environment
⢠NQF Level 5 Qualification in HR would be advantageous/
⢠Payroll experience advantageous
Duties:
⢠Assisting with day to day operations of the HR department
⢠Providing clerical and administrative support to the HR Manager
⢠Conducting initial orientation to newly hired employees/
⢠Compiling and updating employee records
⢠Assisting with recruitment and selection
⢠Assisting with training/
⢠Resolving employee queries
⢠Maintain employee files and the HR filing system/
⢠Prepare reports on request/
⢠Administrating employee leave
⢠Administrating employee benefits/
⢠Providing backup to payroll administrator/ Sent CVâs to: Recruit@gloablrecruitment.co.za
