Our client, a leading financial services company, requires an HR business partner with an honours degree in HR or industrial psychology coupled with at least six years’ generalist HR experience gained in the financial services industry of which two years should be in a management capacity managing a team of HR professionals.
Required:
- Matric
- Honours degree in HR or industrial psychology
- Six years’ generalist HR experience gained in the financial services industry
- Two years’ HR management experience
- Computer literate
- Be familiar with the latest HR legislation
Duties include:
- Providing a full HR generalist support to the business
