Hr Consultant – Persons With Disability
Our client is looking for a junior HRBP for their operation.
Duties include:
- Proactively engages with employees through informal and formal interaction, information sharing and providing general support to employees and line managers
- Translates employee issues into potential business risks and advises relevant stakeholders accordingly.
- Ensure a smooth Employee Orientation process.
- Assists in providing a first line labor relations consulting service.
- Understands Labor Legislation, related policies and procedures and communicates applicability to line management and employees.
- Advises and educates line managers and employees on documented employee relations processes, legislation and policy application.
- Ensures relevant hearings and grievance meetings are set up.
Experience:
- At least 1-year experience in a similar role
- PC literate
- Good communication skills
