A meat processing establishment requires an HR generalist in the Cullinan area.

Requirements:

• B Comm HR Management Degree
• Minimum five years’ relevant experience
• Extensive VIP People experience
• Microsoft Office (Excel very important)
• Adapting and Responding to Change

Skills/duties:

• Capture and check all relevant information of new employees on the system.
• Maintenance of HR Information System.
• Create new reports on HR Information system to ensure accurate reporting.
• Conducting Systems Audits as per the required timelines.
• Maintain Employee Personal files and ensure they are kept up to date.
• Ensure employee files are kept safe through implementing safety measures.
• Ensure general housekeeping of HR Information System

Applicants must reside in Cullinan or surrounding area.
