MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and/or Experiences.
Four (4) year (or equivalent) degree in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, environmental discipline or equivalent; Relevant advanced degree preferred
5+ years of experience with an emphasis in environmental, health and safety program management and employee training.
Possession of a technical degree is an advantage. Requirements/Skills. Must have clear communication and writing skills in English.
Ability to do presentations & provide training in front of larger groups.
Ability to travel to participate in EHS Events and Assignments.
Strong team-building skills.
Strong organizational skills including ability to manage large number of disparate projects and to track projects through completion
Working knowledge of cross-functional EHS disciplines.
Ability to serve as a subject matter expert in one of the EHS functional disciplines (Occupational Health, Environmental Engineering/Management, Safety, or EHS Systems.
Ability to demonstrate managerial courage (e.g., managing varied interests representing potential conflicts)
Ability to lead and support cross-functional process improvement teams.
Professional certification preferred (Certified Safety Professional, Certified Industrial Hygienist, Certified Hazardous Materials Manager, or country equivalent).
