Our Nomad Now client, an expert quality and compliance service provider and agent insight service provider, is looking for a human resource generalist. The preferred candidate will have minimum of three years’ experience in HR administration dealing with at least 200 employees.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years’ experience in HR administration dealing with at least 200 employees
• Experience in biometrics is advantageous
• Good coordination, conflict management skills

Responsibilities:

• Handle labour disputes and remedy any issues an employee might have
• Deal with union matters
• Policy development and documentation
• Payroll management
• Recruiting candidates that fit the culture of the business
• Train all levels of the business on how to operate seamlessly to follow HR processes
