Human resource manager/business partner required in Kimberley.
Requirements:
- B.Com human resource management/honors in human resource management
- 10 years’ relevant experience in the FMCG industry
- Employee relations and labour law management essential
- Valid drivers licence and own transport
Core task:
- Human capital planning, cost management, productivity, and effectiveness improvement
- Talent management – implement effective talent acquisition, identification, development and retention processes
- Succession planning and talent pipeline development
- Central contact point for employees and managers concerning people issues
- Culture and communication strategy implementation
