Trouble-shoot Air Conditioning equipment malfunctions, diagnose problems and perform service and maintenance on HVAC equipment, including but not Limited to Chillers, VRF/VRV< Splits and Consoles. Assemble and install pipe work for HVAC systems. Adhere to SHEQ regulations of the mine and clients/ Make recommendations to replace equipment if expected cost to repair exceeds possible replacement cost. Maintain job worksheets detailing nature of assignment, parts utilized, time expended
and type of work performed. Carry out preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment and systems. Carry out routine checks and logs of the status of HVAC equipment. Materials required for the smooth operation of HVAC equipment. Verification of HVAC spares purchased/supplied. Performs all Duties with “No re works” Replacement of Faulty HVAC components. Regassing, Leak testing, Vacuuming all trypes of Aircon units.
