Ict Sales Administrator
Reputable ICT Company looking for an experienced Sales Administrator. Duties & Responsibilities include:
• To assist the sales team by getting quotes and information to clients as quickly as possible.
• To act as a point of contact for customers with queries . about orders and deliveries.
• To assist the sales team with daily sales administrative activities.
• To manage internal and client stock
• Quote clients on products and/or services requested
• Process orders via e-mail or phone
• Contact clients to obtain missing information or documentation.
• Liaise with the Technical team to ensure timely implementation.
• Liaise with suppliers for best deals
• Update sales team on order status and delivery details
• Review Resolved Quotes and follow up with relevant staff. ICT EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE ESSENTIAL! ictcareerspe@gmail.com
