You will also require a good exceptional communication skills and good command of the English language. Duties:

• The configuration and implementation of flagship product, at our various clients.
• Understand the business requirements of clients, the focus being the research and investment process of these Asset Managers.
• Liaise and Interface with clients in a support role.
• Facilitate and manage roll-outs of new releases of company at clients.
• Understand and manage the client’s data requirements, the data being specific to the financial markets.
• Understand and implement financial models and processes.
• Provide feedback to the Development team regarding new functionality and bugs.
• Own and enhance the relationship with company users.
• Be a Brand Ambassador

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science Degree from a recognised university in either Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Physics, or an Engineering degree. A combination majoring in Mathematics Statistics and Actuarial Science is ideal.
• Should be proficient in Excel.
• Experience within financial markets would be advantageous
