A large international fast food restaurant chain is seeking an industrial relation consultant in the Johannesburg area.
Please note: If you do not fit the specification with the minimum requirements your application will not be accepted for this position. Shortlisted candidates may be required to complete an assessment or test to demonstrate your knowledge of this position.
Requirements:
- B Degree in industrial relations or labour law
- Two to three years’ consulting experience in an industrial relations field
- Two to four years’ experience in CCMA processes and knowledge of rules
- Experience in conciliation and arbitration proceedings
- Exposure to labour court process and proceedings
Applicants must reside in Johannesburg or surrounding area.
