Our client a financial giant seeks to recruit an insurance sales agents to join their ever growing team in Cape Town. The right candidate will earn a market-related salary plus commission.
Key responsibilities:
- Selling products telephonically and achievement of sales targets and objectives
- Adherence to quality and compliance processes to minimise business risk
- Manage your quality and compliance against benchmarks to minimise business risk, with the client in mind
- Maintain optimal operational efficiencies based on productivity measures
- Adapt and change to fit in with changing business operational requirements
- Resolve complaints and objections
- Build and maintain good client relationships
- Managing information regarding new products, rate changes, rulings, training updates, etc.
- Keep abreast of developments and trends in the Industry – self-learning
- Ensure commitment to the FAIS Fit and proper qualification requirements
Qualification and experience:
- Matric
- Must have one year of insurance sales experience/financial services experience (advantageous)
- RE certification
Key competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written in English
- Computer literacy
- Willingness to work overtime
- Selling skills
- Planning and organising
- Building and maintaining relationships
- Results driven/achievement orientated
- A clear criminal and credit record
