Leading service provider based in Centurion is looking for an intermediate PHP developer to join their team. You will be responsible for all aspects of the ongoing software development from the initial specification, through to developing, testing and launching. If you are a truly phenomenal PHP developer, then this opportunity is just the one for you.

Requirements:

• Diploma in information technology
• Minimum of three years’ working experience in: Linux, PHP, MySQL, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML and web services (SOAP), LAMP Stack and CSS 
• Object oriented programming
• jQuery (front-end development) 
• Ajax proficiency
• Linux proficiency
• LAMP stack developer who is dedicated, deadline driven, a team player and able to communicate effectively 

Responsibilities:

• Write ‘clean’, well designed code
• Produce detailed specifications
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimisation and functionality
• Contribute in all phases of the development life cycle

The reference number for this position is JE36645-2016. This is a permanent position based in Centurion, offering a salary of R420,000 CTC per annum.
