Internal Sales Aftermarket Parts
To accurately and efficiently resolve enquiries and process orders received from customers to ensure overall sales targets are achieved and customers are fully satisfied.
Duties: All enquiries received have been auctioned and resolved effectively.
Customers’ orders received and processed in line with agreed cutoff times.
Special Orders from customers are processed
All orders received from blocked accounts have been auctioned.
Stock requests captured on board daily.
Completed stock-out and backorders spread sheet.
Completed manual invoice (when required)
Documentation submitted to generate credit notes in order to resolve ad hoc data capturing error. o Matric
o 1-2 years customer service experience in the automotive parts/ parts industry Behavioural Competencies
