A leading corporate in the telecommunications industry is looking for an international HR consultant to join their company.

The purpose of the role: 

Provided support services to all Business Units within the organisation ensuring the effective and consistent management of all employees. Contribute towards the development and on-going review of HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with national legislation to ensure that the company’s liability is minimised.
 
Key performance areas:

• Minor First Aid
• Assist Payroll with AdHoc duties
• Assist with salary and commission queries
• Develop and amend employment contracts
• Report on all terminations on a weekly basis
• Develop addendums /offers specific to the position
• Report on employee attendance and discipline issued
• Processing all documents relating to internal transfers
• Responsible for managing the end to end IOD process
• Assist employees and management with HR/IR queries
• Be fully responsible for policy and procedure outcomes and deliverables
• Monitor attendance registers and corresponding online leave application

Exit interview:

• Conducted exit interviews, resolve grievances which arise 
• Issue and educate employees on employment contracts and clauses therein

CCMA:

• Prepare and attend CCMA cases as company representative (both at Conciliation and Arbitration stages)

Ill Health Consultation:

• Issue appropriate discipline, prepare ill health documentation, ensuring correct process is followed, minute consultation

AIP:

• Monitor all employees attendance on a daily basis and issue appropriate discipline, report weekly on discipline issued in relation to time keeping and attendance

Requirements:

• CCMA experience
• Contact centre experience
• Complete knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, E-Mail and Internet Explorer.

Working hours:

• 10pm to 07am
