International Sales Manager
INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER
(WORCESTER)
A challenging opportunity currently exists for a dynamic Sales Manager to take responsibility for commercial management and sales in the Asian, European, North- and South American markets (including Canada). The successful candidate will form part of the senior management team and report directly to the owner.
Responsibilities include:
• Identifying, developing and growing new customers / markets
• Maintaining and growing existing customers / markets
• International sales, pricing and brand strategy per customer / market
• International tenders
• Managing and attending international shows
• International travel
• Managing visits of international clients to SA
• Monitoring changing trends and market indicators
• Reporting
• Relationship management
Requirements:
• Relevant sales-, marketing- or commerce qualification
• Minimum five years’ experience in a similar position
• Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies
• Extensive knowledge of wine and the wine industry
• Outstanding negotiation skills and business acumen
• Excellent communication skills
• Very good interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• A highly performance / results-oriented personality
