Job description and duties
- Maintain and develop existing and new IT customers
- Sales and Telesales for HP Plotters / Consumables; PCs; Networking hardware
- Account Management
- Sending out of quotations
- Manage sales process
- Secure customer orders
- Follow up sales enquiries by email and telephone
- Monitor and report on activity and submit feedback to management
Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- At least two years’ relevant IT sales experience
- Strong interest in IT and Technology
- Knowledge of computer hardware components
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A charming and persuasive personality
- An ambitious self-starter with an eye for detail
- A high level of computer literacy
