Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite and remote support
• Basic desktop to high-end server support
• Cloud and wireless networking support
• Outsourced consulting skills
• Deploying Microsoft servers
• Network management
• Configuration of MS Active directory and Domain environments
• Office 365 migrations
• Implementing server backup solutions
• Virtualisation technology implementation

Minimum requirements for application:

• Must have at least 5-10 years relevant experience
• Experience in outsourced consulting advantageous
• Certifications recommended:
• MCSE in windows server, CCNA or other recognised networking certification
• VMware or Hyper-V, Project Management or ITIL
• BTech qualification or similar
