A leading company in the Fintech industry is looking for an exceptional mid to senior Java developer to join their team. This candidate must have experience in SQL, Spring, and knowledge of Javascript. This position is based in Potchefstroom, North West.

The business’s program is used in South Africa, USA, Botswana and Namibia. This is a great opportunity to join an incredibly dedicated team that has helped the business grow tremendously. We are looking for a self-starter, that can lead and operate both independently and as a team.

 The business has various projects on the go, some of which include innovative risk reporting and modelling products.

Some key performance areas include:

• Collaborate effectively with you team members and key stakeholders
• Need to be able to complete all your tickets in your current sprint
• Complete all support tickets within 24 hours
• Communicate effectively on the project management system
• Excellent problem-solve abilities
• Remuneration is negotiable depending on experience

Tech experience:

• Minimum two to four years: Spring Framework
• Minimum four+ years: SQL / Java
