Qualification

• Degree in Building or Property management (Preferred)

Experience 

• Experience in managing Contactors and Builders 
• Building maintenance and inspections
• Reporting
• Experience Dealing with Student Accommodation (Advantage)

• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills

• Problem Solving
