An innovative energy engineering solutions provider invites a junior data analyst to join its team. The ideal candidate must be in possession of a BSC Computer Science/Informatics degree or equivalent with at least one year’s experience working in an analytical role. Duties:

• Work with electrical engineers to translate technical solutions into automated ROI models.
• Apply data analysis to generate client reports, including monthly, benchmarking and custom reports.
• Analyse existing solar PV client’s data to produce solar yield reports.
• Build sustainability knowledge and use data to assist clients with their sustainability objectives.
• General systems administration.

Analyse existing client data to identify:

• Changes in behaviour.
• Opportunities to drive cost-saving for clients.
• Where technology can be applied to reduce energy cost.
• Emerging trends in consumption.
• Create energy forecasts and budgets.
• Support engineers with reporting on project success.
• Create case studies showing project successes and lessons learnt.

Requirements:

• BSC Computer Science/Informatics or equivalent.
• Minimum of one-year working experience in an analytics role.
