A stunning, integrated boutique agency has a super job opportunity for a junior Designer/Art Director to work (primarily) remotely in Cape Town. We are looking for a talented Creative to assist and work under the Creative Director with a team specialising in conceptual and strategic campaigns as well as daily print and digital projects.

Requirements
The successful candidate must have/be:

• NSC Matric
• A relevant visual communication diploma/degree
• Experience in design software specifically Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience with Microsoft programs (PowerPoint specifically)
• Animation skills would be advantageous (After Effects)
• 1-2 years of design work/also time spent freelancing would be advantageous
• Able to translate brand identities and interpret briefs into well-crafted executions
• Ready to learn and absorb the ins and outs of the creative industry
• Passionate about design, art direction and all forms of creativity
• Ready to inspire and be inspired 
• Motivated to go out and do in-depth research and out-of-the-box brainstorming
• Able to create work that is above and beyond expectations
• Ready to cope with tight deadlines and unexpected creative challenges 
• Knowledgeable in conceptualising and creating for social media.
