Durban based clothing supplier looking for a junior merchandiser to assist with their ladieswear accounts.

Requirements:

• Minimum three years’ experience in clothing industry
• Experience with imports preferable
• Must have a bit of a fashion flare and be well presented
• Must be very organised, proactive and be able to pick up things quickly
• Must be able to communicate well

Duties:

• Assist the merchandise manager with the ladieswear accounts
• Trending
• Product development
• Costings
• Liaising with buyers, QA, assistants, etc
• Managing co-ordinator / assistant
• Entering orders on the system
• Following up of entire production process according to lead times
• Manage all queries from customers and China
