Growing and expanding Durban-based bakery is looking for a Junior Factory Manager.

Must be committed and driven individual with strong communication skills. Wonderful opportunity to grow quickly and learn in a management position.

Required to report and communicate with management on the smooth running of the factory. Manage and maintain process and procedures in the factory, adherence to health and safety regulations, coordinate and ensure production handovers and relevant documentation is captured correctly along with managing staff and their performance. 

Must have:

• Matric
• Computer Literate – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Sage – Pastel Experience – Advantage 
• One to two years’ experience in a junior management position 

Mon-Fri – 7.30am to 4.30pm and every second weekend – must be flexible with time.
