* Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in an estimating or quantity surveying role in the construction environment.
• 1-2 years Valuation and cost reporting experience.
• Ideally familiar with CCS / Candy software systems
• Relevant tertiary qualifications (Quantity Surveying preferred)
• Willing to learn.
• Basic understanding of various forms of contract (NEC and FIDIC) and contract principles.
