Job description
My client is an award-winning digital advertising agency with offices in Cape Town and they are recruiting for a Junior SEO Analyst to join their growing SEO team. The team has won numerous awards for their SEO work and you’ll be working on international brands and large e-commerce websites.
Day to day your role will involve:
• Driving organic traffic for clients
• SEO strategy as well as keyword research
• Optimising landing pages
• Working to SEO best practices
• Research and analyse competitors
• Analytics and monthly reporting
• Link building strategies
Requirements
The ideal candidate:
• Ideally a minimum of 1 years SEO experience in a SEO or analytics role
• Understanding of website metrics
• Sound knowledge of how search engines rank pages
• Experience with CMS systems such as WordPress, Magento or Joomla
• Experience with HTML/web development is desirable but not a must
