The Junior UX Analyst role exists to assist in the enhancement of usability, performance and engagement throughout the marketing web ecosystem via data driven design choices, wireframing and prototyping efforts. The Junior UX Analyst assists in enhancing overall conversion rate optimisation across marketing platforms as per the guidance of the UX Analyst.

Key Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist in improving conversion rate optimisation efforts through data driven decision-making. 
• Work in collaboration with the UX analyst and various designers to visualise and extend our online user experiences and offerings.
• Proactively brainstorm new ideas and mock these up with industry level tools like Sketch.
• Collaborate on UX strategy by taking direction from the UX analyst and executing on directed tasks.
• Document and report on experiments, strategies and learnings.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Strong working knowledge of key prototyping tools such as Sketch or Balsamiq.
• Good knowledge in responsive and mobile UX.
• At least one year of experience in a UX design role.
• Strong working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
