Any entry level IT qualification will be to the advantage of the successful candidate
Understanding of ITIL working practices
Computer literate
Knowledge of the Company Applications and Systems will be to the advantage of the successful candidate.
Broad knowledge of IT Products, services, and terminology.
Role/Responsibilities.
Exposure to PHP, apache, IIS, .Net
Understanding of iOS and Android mobile stores
Managing access, uploads and deployment to iOS and Android Mobile store.
Assist in application deployments as well as automating manual deployments.
Coordinate priorities with Technical Team lead and update tasks accordingly.
Identify problems in operations processes and recommend better processes or solutions
Offering advice to end users. This will include working as part of a team; sharing knowledge and working together to increase performance standards.
Ensure that general housekeeping tasks are done effectively and daily (Incident remediation’s, quality checks).
Work within defined deadlines as part of a team and on an individual basis ensuring assigned work is effectively managed.
