Legal Administration Assistant Needed
A well established and forward thinking organisation is looking to recruit a Legal Administrative Assistant. The role involves:- • Assist the legal services department with administration and filing systems • Maintenance of records • Web based applications • Conducting Land Registry searches • Liaising with third parties and maintaining business relationships • Attend internal and external meetings as required • Ad-hoc tasks Applicants should have the following skills:- • Good organisational skills and an ability to work to deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong Administration skills • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • An ability to learn quickly and take the initiative • Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work as part of a small team • Flexible approach.
