Core Purpose A Locum Nurse is required to assist with Locum Shifts in our clinic as and when requested. Key Role Outputs Primary Health Care HIV/Aids and Tuberculosis Assist and participate during health campaigns Ensure Health and Hygiene promotion Update and maintain all medical records and registers Update and maintain first aid equipment and inspections of first aid rooms Ensure adherence to Codes of Practice for Medical Fitness, Standard, Procedures and Protocol Ensure personal and co-workers adherence and compliance to Security and the Company’s SHE objectives Code of Practice, and report any observations of this not being done Mandatory Qualifications Relevant Degree/ Diploma in Nursing with Primary Health Registered with SANC Dispensing license Driver’s license Mandatory Experience/Exposure Exposure and/or experience in Primary Healthcare and related legislation Ability to work well with others; be a positive example, and motivate personnel within the Centre. Must be able to use Microsoft Office, MS Word (intermediate level) and MS Excel (intermediate level). Knowledge and Skills Extensive MS Office knowledge required. Must have strong communication and interaction skills. Able to work well under pressure. Assisting with telephonic health inquiries.
