Must have Matric with a Hospitality; Lodge or Hotel Management related qualification. Must have at least 5 years’ experience in a 5* lodge, with at least 3 of those years’ in a management role. A valid code 8 driver’s license is not negotiable. Working as a Lodge Manager, you will have the overall responsibility for the smooth running of the lodge and all related activities. The candidate will require excellent hospitality skills and knowledge. Must be adept in dealing with guests of all walks of life.
