Knowledge of Syspro an advantage. Work to ISO standards as a Team Leader. A valid drivers license with own transport is essential.

Requirements:

• Computer Literate(Syspro an advantage)
• Ability to work to ISO Standards
• Ability to work as a Team Leader
• Must be able to Communicate Effectively
• Extensive Knowledge of Receiving and Dispatching
• Code 8 valid Driver’s License and own reliable transport

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Logistic Supervisor & Operations Manager
• Control of all goods/material leaving
• Responsible for Quality and Quantity
• Accompanying documentation signed by Collecting person
• All drivers have correct documentation as per load
• Vehicle is packed as to prevent damage
• Assist with picking and packing – if and when required
• Label sensitive material accordingly
• Control all long product in storage as to labeling & I.D
• Allocate correct racking for material
• Perpetual stock checks
• Control correct handing Procedure
• Inspect measurement equipment as to comply with ISO standards
• Prepare Long Product Area for Stock Take
• Scanning of all Signed documents
• Filling of documents
• Keeping record of Test Certs
• Issue Test certificates when required
• Assist with Driving duties when required
• Assist inventory when required
• Assist dispatch personnel if and when required
