Requirements

• Matric
• Neat and stylish appearance
• Experience in high-end boutique sales in a management role
• Experience leading and managing staff
• Knowledge of luxury brands/products
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Provide exceptional customer service experience
• References

Duties

• Identify customer needs and requirements
• Selling of luxury goods
• Leading and managing staff
• Knowledge and experience on POS
• Process payments
• Housekeeping (keep the store clean and tidy)
• Maintain security standards in the store
• General administration (shift plans, buying and selling products etc.)
• Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures
