Our client, a leading precast concrete products manufacturer requires a Maintenance Foreman with a Technical Degree / Diploma and a Red Seal Trade Test Certificate from a reputed training centre, to continue delivering first world production efficiency and maintain our market leading quality standards.

To be successful in this position, proven prior experience is essential! They are looking for a candidate with the following key characteristics, skills:

•A strong personal presence, capable of influencing processes and people on the factory floor;
•Meet with management and production staff to discuss maintenance/engineering specifications and procedures.
•Plan and direct the testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of infrastructure and equipment.
•Plant and equipment availability.
•Health and safety.
•Measuring of all aspects and effective reporting.
•Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services.
