Job description
We are recruiting for a hardworking, energetic and results driven Maintenance Foreman.
The purpose of this position is to manage the engineering activities, preventative maintenance program and general maintenance of all equipment, ensuring efficient production of high-quality food products.
Requirements
- Grade 12 and Qualified Artisan Trade Certificate / Engineering Diploma / NTS3
- At least 5 years’ experience in the maintenance of Dairy Industry equipment preferable
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Detailed oriented and organised
- Proficient in computers and spreadsheets
- Excellent technical knowledge
- Results oriented
- Strong knowledge in maintenance and reliability
- Experience in CMMS
- Understanding and knowledge of HACCP and FSSC
- Hands on work ethic
- Willing to relocate
