Requirements:
- Degree/diploma in hospitality
- Three to five years’ experience
- Computer literate (Easy Pos, Protel, Micros, Opera, etc.)
- Valid passports
- Eye for detail
- Highly motivated
- Excellent leadership and communications skills
- Ability to train and mentor staff
