Leading manufacturing company in Cape Town is currently looking for a manager in product testing and qualifications.

The main purpose of this position is to strategically establish, implement and maintain a quality system for the management of the following areas:

• Ballistic testing (Somerset West and Alkantpan)
• Environmental testing
• Rockets and Detonic testing
• Munition proofing

Requirements:

• Minimum B degree (electronics/mechanical/mechatronics) or relevant NQF seven equivalent qualification
• Minimum of five years’ relevant experience.
• Management courses/certification is desirable
• Knowledge of test data analysis and evaluation
• OHS Act and explosive regulations knowledge
