Job description

We are looking for a high performance, experienced marketing account and production manager who shares our passion for campaigns that matter, impact work, promotions and events. The successful candidate should have strong talent in working with clients and managing a small team of production executives to ensure that all client expectations are met in line with the brief and objectives of the project and should possess a strong ability for marketing strategy.

Our account project managers are required to both manage relationships with clients and manage the execution of campaigns/projects

Requirements are:

Manage relationships with a high profile client base

• Work across multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Full management of client meetings, briefs, report back
• Strive to retain and develop more new business opportunities within the client base
• Manage a team of production executives to ensure effective execution of campaigns
• Manage the complete execution of the campaigns from end to end
• Training and development of junior team members and production assistants
• Briefing to production teams, studio teams and work across the various functions in the organisation including teams in other offices
• Event, activations, pr and digital management where necessary
• Development of project plans and organised execution
• Monitoring of progress, red-flagging to management, problem-solving
• Travel to other countries and cities where our offices are and assist in managing foreign projects
• Drafting of report backs to clients
• Checks and reviews with managers to ensure there is alignment with company policy, procedures and management expectations

Requirements

• A bachelors degree related to marketing or minimum of three years of experience in a marketing agency
• Self motivated
• Excellent communication skills, good spelling and grammar
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Strong ability to manage a team of juniors
• Detail to attention is very important
• Resourceful and problem solving
• Be willing to work beyond office hours when necessary
• Ability to work in a very structured way
• Ability to multitask and manage many campaigns simultaneously
• Be able to see risks in advance and red flag to prevent problems
