I’m recruiting for a Marketing Acquisitions Manager for a Cape Town based Sports Company.  This is an incredible opportunity to come in and join a global organization, focusing on Paid Media, Analytics and Affiliate Marketing.  You will be based in modern, media style offices in town and reporting into the Head of Marketing.  We are looking for someone who is highly performance driven, loves analytics and with a background in lead generation and conversions.  As the company is in the sports industry, we are looking for someone who has a passion for sports. 

Your responsibilities will include:

·         Planning + executing acquisition marketing activity for all digital products

·         Creating + running digital strategies

·         Managing the conversion funnel

·         Planning + executing AB testing

·         Managing PPC + working with an external agency

·         Working with data, creating reports + analytics

·         Sourcing affiliates, managing them + building relationships

The environment is very relaxed, casual and fun but the team works to tight deadlines and they work fast.  A big part of your role will be tracking sporting events and running campaigns around those events.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

·         Solid performance marketing experience agency or brand

·         Minimum of 2 years doing AdWords + Facebook Campaigns

·         Interest in sports

·         Able to handle a fast paced environment

·         Exposure to SEO (ideal, but not a requirement)

·         Analytical, excellent communications skills + fantastic attention to detail
